Our Curriculum

Gokul Public School offers a comprehensive and well-rounded curriculum designed to foster a passion for learning and holistic development in students. Our academic programs are carefully crafted to encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.


In the literacy program, students at Gokul Public School are exposed to a rich and diverse range of literary works. Through engaging activities and interactive learning experiences, students develop strong reading, writing, and communication skills.


The writing program at Gokul Public School emphasizes the development of effective writing techniques, creativity, and expression. Students are guided to hone their writing skills through various genres and styles of writing.


Mathematics at Gokul Public School is taught in a way that encourages analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a strong foundation in mathematical concepts. Students engage in practical applications and logical reasoning to master mathematical skills.


At Gokul Public School, the science curriculum is designed to ignite curiosity and foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts. Students are encouraged to explore, experiment, and apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Social Sciences

Students gain a global perspective and an understanding of the world around them. They explore diverse cultures, landscapes, and global issues, fostering a sense of global awareness.


Physical education is an integral part of the holistic development approach at Gokul Public School. Through a well-structured program, students are encouraged to embrace an active lifestyle, develop sportsmanship, and understand the importance of physical well-being.


Children must fulfill the minimum age criteria laid down by the government on 1st June of the session to which the admission is being sought. They must have attained the minimum age as given below:

  • For Nursery: 3 years as of 1st June

  • For L.K.G: 4 years as of 1st June

  • For U.K.G: 5 years as of 1st June

Primary & Secondary

The Primary & Secondary section includes classes from Grade I to Grade X. Children must be at least 6 years old by June 1st of the admission year to join Class I. School hours for this section are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. We operate on a 6-day week, with Saturdays ending at 1:00 pm


Evaluation & Assessment

Promotion will be determined by the student's performance throughout the year, following the evaluation system established by the Karnataka State Board. This assessment is based on the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (C.C.E), a holistic approach to assessing a student's overall development.
